Rev. Ben Berry is the Founder and CEO of Lighthouse of Hope
Ministries, Inc. in Gary, Indiana where he has been an Addiction
Counselor for twenty years and an Outreach Ministry. He has been
the Community Activist President of Black Coordinating Council for
seven years, a Seminar Instructor Prison Fellowship prison ministry
for twenty-four years and a Teacher Preacher Evangelist Board
Member at In The Upper Room Ministries (ITURM) located in
Lansing, IL.

During his years of outreach ministry, to avoid recidivism, he has housed ex-offenders, taken
them to church, assisted them with job searches by supplying them with clothes for interviews
and provided transportation to and from work.
He is married and has six children, eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
